Accessibility
Last updated: August 30, 2026
The Crypto Passage is committed to making its educational content usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use assistive technologies or alternative methods of accessing information.
Our target
The website's accessibility target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is an operating target, not a claim that every page or third-party component has already achieved complete conformance.
Our approach
Accessibility is treated as an ongoing responsibility. The website is being designed with:
- logical headings and readable page organization;
- keyboard access, visible focus and usable controls where supported by the platform;
- sufficient color contrast and no reliance on color alone for meaning;
- meaningful link text and text alternatives for informative images;
- reduced or restrained motion;
- layouts that support zoom, enlarged text and mobile use;
- clearly identified fields, instructions and form errors;
- captions or transcripts for educational video content when available;
- plain-language explanations for complex topics.
Current status
This is a pre-launch website built on Squarespace. It has not undergone an independent accessibility audit, and we do not claim that every page or third-party component conforms fully to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility testing, keyboard review, zoom checks and mobile review are part of the launch process.
Third-party services, embedded media, payment tools, social platforms and documents may have limitations outside our direct control. We will choose and configure those services with accessibility in mind when practical.
Request help or report a barrier
If you have difficulty accessing content or completing an action, email contact@thecryptopassage.com with the subject line Accessibility feedback, or use the Contact page.
Please include the page or resource URL, a description of the barrier, the device or browser involved if you are comfortable sharing it, and the format or accommodation that would help. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or unnecessary disability information.
Do not include passwords, recovery phrases, private keys, authentication codes or other sensitive information.
Alternative formats and response
When reasonably practical, we will try to provide the relevant information in an accessible alternative format. Contact-form submissions receive an immediate acknowledgment and will be reviewed as soon as reasonably practical. Direct email response times may vary.
Continuous improvement
We will revisit this statement as the website, newsletter, products and video library develop. Material barriers identified through testing or good-faith reports will be prioritized according to impact and feasibility.
